Buy our shakes! No, that’s not us. Our approach is to start by getting to know your current habits. Then, step by step, we will help you build better eating habits and reshape your relationship with food.

Online Exercise Programming
You want some guidance and accountability, but don’t want the in-person training. Let’s discuss your current fitness level, your goals, and whether you have access to equipment or not. Then, we will design and send you a program to follow in your gym or home.

Special Events
We are open to opportunities to serve our community. Want a lunch and learn presentation? Let us know! How about an office or classroom stretching/mobility workshop? Why not!

Personal Trainer / Owner
Hi, I’m Alex.
I’m from Verdigris, Oklahoma.
I have a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from OSU. I am a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), and a Nutrition Coach through Precision Nutrition. What drives me is constant personal growth. I like finding and creating patterns that lead to success mentally, physically, spiritually, and emotionally. Leading others through that journey is my mission.

Hi, I’m Tou.
I reside in Owasso, Oklahoma.
I am a Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE).
I am also a Russian Kettlebell Certified Instructor.
The why behind my drive is to train for life. My training methodology translates to your everyday life. That’s what I want for my clients. Train so hard it’s hard to kill you and so smart that you’re never too fatigued to do another workout!
